Since the establishment of T.E.S<\/strong> in 1982, and in order to increase the efficiency of our institution (Products, employees, machinery, facilities, systems, working culture —etc) our management has been strongly concentrating on training our employees and students in the technical fields related to our activities inside our premises. Later, T.E.S<\/strong> has started to send some of their qualified employees and students to premium factories in Egypt and abroad. Usually, all these programs are fully subsidized by our company. In 2011, and after the start of the Arab Spring, T.E.S<\/strong> and their honest partners have started to concentrate much more on social activities by allocating larger funds and efforts. We have discussed with 2 of our partners (Helwan University<\/strong> and The American University in Cairo<\/strong>) the possibility of establishing premium technical laboratories inside the premises of their esteemed universities. In 2012, the first 2 high end technical laboratories in Helwan University<\/strong> were officially inaugurated. In 22\/09\/2014, 4 more high end engineering laboratories in Helwan University<\/strong> were officially inaugurated as well. One year later in The American University in Cairo<\/strong>, a new premium robotics laboratory was officially inaugurated.
