Domestic & International Training
NOZOM Group Board of Directors has realized since decades, the importance and necessity of providing the industrial community in Egypt with the most modern and latest industrial technology, as well as the most optimum operations and maintenance of such equipment, by offering practical training to its stuff. In 2011, after the beginning of the Arab Spring, and after the start of T.E.S social and industrial activities in a large scale with Helwan University, The American University in Cairo and other partners, we have been training hundreds of students at the new laboratories. We with our partners are financing and subsidizing completely the costs of training for serious students, engineers and technicians. We have agreed with our partners to provide these training programs to serious and decent students, regarding their gender, religion, nationality, financial capability, background or wherever. Moreover, in cooperation with our international partners, we have sent several groups of superior students to get technical training in developed industrial organization oversees. Finally, we believe that our industrial culture in Egypt and the Arab World will not develop well, without a well-trained and efficient workforce and technology.
